S5 Casino Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and S5 Casino ("S5," "we," "us") governing your use of the S5 Casino website, mobile application, and all gaming services. By registering an account or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old (minimum legal gambling age under PAGCOR rules).
- You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing S5 Casino.
- You must not be on any self-exclusion list or be a person prohibited from gambling under Philippine law.
- You must not be a current employee or immediate family member of an S5 Casino employee.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
2. Account Registration
- Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
- You must provide accurate and truthful registration information.
- Providing false information, including false age, may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify S5 Casino immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. KYC Verification
S5 Casino is required by PAGCOR and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals.
Required KYC Documents
- Valid Philippine government-issued ID (Passport, UMID, Driver's License, PhilHealth, SSS ID, Postal ID)
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 3 months)
- Selfie with your ID
- Payment method verification (screenshot of your GCash or bank account)
KYC review typically completes within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals are only processed after successful KYC verification. S5 Casino may request additional documents for high-value transactions or where AML concerns arise.
4. Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ₱50 via GCash and Maya; ₱100 via bank transfer.
- Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
- S5 Casino does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply fees.
- S5 Casino does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must be deposited from payment methods registered in your name.
- Deposit limits can be set by the player under Responsible Gaming settings.
5. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 via GCash and Maya; ₱200 via bank transfer.
- KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (AML compliance).
- GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically instant to 1 hour after approval.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
- S5 Casino reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours for security verification.
- S5 Casino may require additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000.
6. Bonus Terms
Welcome Bonus
- The welcome bonus is available to new players only, one per household/IP address.
- Minimum qualifying deposit: ₱50.
- Bonus funds are credited automatically after the qualifying deposit.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (specified at time of offer).
- Maximum bet with active bonus: ₱500 per spin/bet. Exceeding this may void the bonus.
- Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of credit if wagering requirements are not met.
Free Spins
- Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds.
- Free spin bonus funds require wagering before withdrawal.
- Free spins are valid on specified games only.
- Unused free spins expire 7 days from the date of credit.
Bonus Cancellation
Players may cancel an active bonus at any time via Account → Bonuses. Upon cancellation, all bonus funds and winnings generated from the bonus are forfeited. The original deposit remains withdrawable (minus any losses from the original deposit portion).
7. Prohibited Activities
- Registering multiple accounts
- Providing false identity information
- Using automated software (bots) or systems to place bets
- Colluding with other players
- Money laundering — using S5 Casino for AML purposes
- Bonus abuse (e.g., low-risk arbitrage betting designed to exploit bonuses, returning funds after bonus play)
- Accessing S5 Casino from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal
- Allowing others to use your account
- Hacking or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities
Any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and brand elements of S5 Casino are the intellectual property of S5 Casino or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
S5 Casino provides gaming services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for: (a) internet connection failures outside our control; (b) any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from use of S5 Casino; (c) technical malfunctions that are beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the return of your stake in affected bets.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts. PAGCOR serves as the primary regulatory authority for dispute escalation.
11. Amendments
S5 Casino may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of S5 Casino after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
